	Andreas Richter Geschäftsführer 5mm / CIO With a very broad technological background and lots of experience within the range of web development, Andreas is responsible for the coordination of development and conception of new projects. He earned his Diploma KFM in Business Studies with the an emphasis in economical informatics at the European Business School (EBS). Special Skills: Programming, Web 2.0, Management Consulation

	Christian M Laase Geschäftsführer 5mm / COO With Christian we have an amazing organizational talent, who maintains cordial customer relations, coordinates the internal operational sequence, and marketing activities conceptualization and coordination. Chrisitian also completed his studies at the European Business School (EBS), with a degree in Marketing and Management. He received a Diploma kfm. with an emphasis in economical informatics and market-focused management. Special Skills: Organisation, Finance

	Dominik P. Matyka Geschäftsführer plista / CEO Dominik got his degree in International Business Studies at the University of Vienna and at Cass Business School in London. While he is doing his Ph.D. degree in Media- and Communication at the University of St.Gallen he is also the third CEO of 5mm and is in charge of the fields investor relations and strategy. As notorical serial entrepreneur, he brings a lot of experience into the team. Special skills: Corporate management, strategy, IR & PR

	Manon Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung Manon is a certified office administration clerk since July 2008. She already gathered experience in the field of customer care at a car insurance company and at a German catalogue company. Since December 2008 she works at plista GmbH as the assistant to the CEO. She is in charge of the entire office management. Special skills: Organisation, correspondence

	Dennis Projektmanager Dennis supports us since November 2008 in the area of IT project management, he gained already extensive experience as a co-founder and CIO of a Berlin startup. Alongside he studies business informatics at the FHTW Berlin and spent a semester abroad in South Africa. Special Skills: Project Management & Coordination, Product Development

	Afraa Sales-Assistentin Afraa studied Textile Engineering in Syria, finished this course in 2005 and is now doing her master at Brandenburg Fachhochschule in Technology innovation management. She is in Berlin since April 2008. Here at plista she works with Dominik in the sales area and her tasks are anything which is related with leads and potential customers. Special skills: sales, dancing, cooking

	Michael Software-Entwickler Michael, the genuine Tyrolean, already collected experience in some projects. Now he supports with his knowledge the plista team. He concluded his education with the focus on computer science at the Business Academy in Kitzbuhel, the ski mecca of Austria. He already has a few miles on his hump - Michael traveled for 6 months on the road to India. Special Skills: CSS, HTML, XHTML and JavaScript

	Marc Software-Entwickler Marc moved 2005 to the capital to work there as a freelancer and to get to know the city. Originally he comes from a tranquil district town in Mecklenburg Vorpommern. He worked in various agencies and founded in 2007 his own commendation service. In September 2009 he will become the first apprentice of 5mm GmbH, until then he supports us as a trainee. Special Skills: PHP, SQL, Web 2.0

	Christian Software-Entwickler For almost 6 years Christian is living now in Berlin and he starts thinking, that there should be baltic sea beaches in the north of Prenzlauer Berg and the Alps in Zehlendorf to round up the beauty of the city. He studied Information Science at the FU and Spanish Philology at the University in Potsdam. Together with his team mate Marc he founded his own Startup and was abled to collect many useful experiences with people, mediam knowledge management and Web 2.0, which partly replaced the theoretic knowledge of the universities. 	Paul Software-Entwickler Paul, a native of Potsdam, got the opinion: "Berlin is only a suburb of Potsdam". Now he is living in Berlin and is going to be a software system engineer. He passed a two-month internship at plista, during this time he expanded the team with a further developer of PHP and participated in the development of the accounting module. Since completing his internship Paul supports us a Freelancer.

	Jonas Software-Entwickler After his apprenticeship as IT Specialist and three years of Delphie, Java and PL/SQL, the orginal Kreuzberger wanted to do something completly different. Thanks to moritz he came here and now learns PHP, HTML and other interesting things. From autumn on he will work here as studant assistant to support his studies of applied informatics here in Berlin.

	Ole Data Analyst Ole is the living proof, that Bielefeld exists. Right after 1990 he moved to Berlin and since then hardly leaves his Kiez Friedrichshain. He helps us with the development and optimization of numerical algorithms and with data analysis. In June '09 he received a german engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.). Special Skills: Neural networks, algorithms, pattern recognition

	Matthias Matthias is a born-and-bred Berlin original; for his media business studies he dared to take the step out of the big city into the more calm and cosy Technical University of Ilmenau in Thuringia. But loving his hometown too much, he went back to do his internship at plista in october 2009. Since then he supports our marketing- and sales team and eager for knowledge he soaks up everything here.

	Simon Software-Entwickler Simon would control his car via console if there would be one. Simon eats Linux for breakfast and can´t stand colors on his screen. When he is not administering our servers, he programms in the Ruby On Rails framework, does API-Integration as well as database conception. Special Skills: Linux, Ruby on Rails, Javascript

	Moritz Software-Entwickler Moritz lloves his Linux colourful the best. Our Multi-talent worked ever since in the field of web development with HTML+CSS, PHP & MySQL. After his education to be a specialist in informatics with specialization in application development (Delphi, PL/SQL, T-SQL), he also started with Java. Special fields: Delphi, PL/SQL, Javascript

	Uwe Software-Entwickler Uwe worked so far with C/C++, Common Lisp, Java, Pascal, Bourne Shell, Perl, Tcl/Tk, PHP, was a software-developer at a media database, was programming embedded systems, worked many years as Consultant in FFM, a lot with databases (Oracle/Sybase), unix systems (AIX/Solaris) and also at the development/realization of desaster recovery plans. Personally, he is interested in knowledge management and the plista project appealed to him because he could not only program here but also work on design/optimation. 	Torben Software-Entwickler Beside his bachelor-studies in media informatics with focus on collaborative filtering-algorithms, Torben is programming for almost ten years highly complex applications with great enthusiasm. He is importing all his know-how into the Plista-project now. Special skills: MySQL, JavaScript, algorithm

	Michael Software-Entwickler Our music-lover Michael finished his B.A. in the subject "Man and informatics" in the Netherlands and already gathered his working experiences in the Netherlands and South Africa. Since '98 he is programming (which means as much as: from childhood on, he was born in '86!) with Ruby On Rails, PHP, Java, C++, Flash, VB, JavaScript, MySQL, Ajax, XML, HTML and CSS and is currently working on the frontend area of one of our projects. Special skills: RoR, JS, Ajax, PHP

	Robert Software- Entwickler Robert, the born-and-bred Berliner with long hair (cool!) is now joining the team, to support our Plista-team with his HTML, CSS, JS, mySQL and PHP-knowledge. Until now, he also worked with TurboPascal und Delphi, which secures him a place in the row of our specialists. His good taste in music is ruling our office climate! 	Alexander Software-Entwickler Alexander is one of our youngest co-workers and helping us implementig the widget-window for the Plista-Project. A reliable person, who is constantly working on his tasks. We won´t miss him! Special skills: Webdevelopment with PHP, Javascript, Java, CSS, XHTML, Ajax, Perl und SQL. Also Prolog, Object-Pascal, C, C#, Haskell, Assambler, Batch, Flash.

	Niko BBW Auszubildender Niko is the first one to join the team through bbw. As part of his schooling as IT specialist in the field of applied developing, he is spending his time of cooperation at 5mm GmbH to enhance his programming skills and implementing them into our plista project. He is going to be in our team till summer 2009 until his schooling ends. Special skills: PHP, MySLQ, C#, Javascript

	Norbert Software-Entwickler Norbert absolvierte mit summa cum laude seinen Bachelor of Science im Internationalen Studiengang Medieninformatik in Berlin. Seine Arbeit befasst sich mit Algorithmen zum Matching von multi-parametrischen Entitäten. So komplex der Titel, so vielfältig ist sein Fach-Know-how, welches er in Umgang mit diversen Programmiersprachen täglich unter Beweis stellt. 	Alwin Software-Entwickler Alwin is not only an Expert computer languages, but also speaks besides German, English and French Chinese! A real jack-of-all-trades, who is diligently working on our Plista widget. Our office mascot! 	Reno Software-Entwickler Reno joined our team diectly after graduating from highschool in July '08 to enhance his programming skills at 5mm GmbH. He already worked with C++, MySLQ, Ajax, DHCP, DNS, FTP(proftpd) and HTTP(apache) and is back-upping the team with other programmers working on our plista-portal. Special fields: CSS, XHTML, PHP, OOP

	Robin Grafik-Design Mr. governmental-examined-graphic designer and usability-fanatic Robin is the boss in the rising Adobe-window. It has been already years that Robin is working in the web 2.0-environment and therefore he knows better than anyone else what the clientele demands: If „form follows function“ or „make the system, break the system“, Robin is armed with the vision of „simplicity“. and thus knows the needs and wants of the clientel better than anyone else. Special skills: Web 2.0, aesthetics, pixelacrobatics

	In-A Grafik-Design In-A is our good fairy if it concerns creativity, accuracy and aesthetics. As experienced graphic-designer, she is in charge of our design-work and always makes a good figure in our web & print business and also in the office. Special skills: Design Web & Print, aesthetics

	Axel Research Axel was one of our first workers and worked with us on the development of YouFilter. As a diploma mathematician he especially enjoyed working on algorithms and optimization. If we need him, and his time allows it, he is still helping us put in these fields.

	Alexander Sales Alexander has a broad wealth of experience within the range of selling and business development. He is the man for acquisitions as well as the gateway between customers and project management. After studying at the Berlin School of Economics, he has been active in both classical and Web2.0 enterprises. Special Skills: Sales, Business Development

	Tobias Software-Entwickler Seinen breiten Erfahrungsschatz sammelte Tobias unter anderem während seines Studiums der Informatik am renommierten Hasso Plattner Institut in Potsdam. 	Krzysztof Software-Developer Krzysztof came through the AIESEC programm to 5mm GmbH. He is an excelling student at Kielce University, where he is currently a junior in the field of information technology. His willingness to gain more knowledge and use it is a huge plus for the team - he is an exemplary worker, who is always inciting others to do their best. 	Benjamin Software-Entwickler / Admin During his studies as a system architect to the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, Benni took care of our development server and planned the Youfilter-framework. Special Skills: C#, System Architecture, Database Optimization

	Young-Min Junior Marketing Manager Young-Min is a student of International Business at Berlin School of Economics and works in our marketing department. After having spend two semesters in the UK and a six-month internship in Spain, he now is really excited to be back home again and work with plista. For the next six months he will support the plista Team in all marketing related tasks.

	María Belén Software-Entwicklerin Belén has almost finished her studies in Computer Engineering at University of Seville, a beautiful city in the South of Spain. She is very excited to work at plista and hopes to learn as much as possible while she improves her German. Special Skills: HTML, Java, PHP

	Sylvie Software-Entwicklerin Sylvie drove it from a suburb of Paris at the Ecole des Mines de Nantes (EMN), a French engineering university in the west of France near the Atlantic coast to study computer science. She is already well settled in Berlin and enjoy the tumult of the city. In her free time she like to play basketball in her team and inquire now the sights of Berlin. 	Cäcilia Business Development Cäcilia has plenty of experience to help her with her internship in marketing. Before working for us, she worked in PR for a Berlin design label and she is now studying marketing and communication management in Berlin. Special Skills: Assistant Marketing, Sales

	Stefan Software-Entwickler Stefan is studying informatics at the Humboldt University of Berlin with focus on knowledge management and information-extraction. In his studies as well as in private he worked with Java/C/Octave/Prolog/HTML/Perl. At 5mm, he is using his experience in the field of data mining and machine learning to develop the plista-algorithms further and thus is complementing our 5mm team on professional and also private level very well. 	Holger Software-Entwickler Holger is doing a retraining to a specialist for application development at the Fachinstitut für Informatik und Grafikdesign. Until now he studied in the fields "Technical environment" at the TU Berlin as well as "computer science" at HU Berlin. He will provide us with his skills in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP5 and MySQL in the next six months. Private he likes to start his weekend with a good poker match. 	Ronald Software-Entwickler The family man Ronald is studying "media computer science" at the TFH Berlin. His skills in PHP, CSS and JavaScript he already consolidate and demonstrate in different projects and he is a big friend of the object-oriented programming. 	Bart Software-Entwickler Being a graduating computer science student from Amsterdam, borders are no limit for Bart. In his work he also has no limits and he will go on until he has it the way he wants it. At 5mm, Bart is proving his programming skills for his bachelors degree by extending and improving the plista portal. Special Skills: Java, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS

	Hin-Hey Projekt Manager Hin-Hey gained many insights into strategic product development by working with us this summer as an intern. Luckily for us he is still just a phone call away whenever we need any assistance with our software development and conception.

	Philipp Investor Relations Philipp worked with us this summer as an intern in the stragetic organization department of our project development. We will definitely miss his smiling face and his personal charm.

	Paula Praktikantin PR Paula worked with us from July-September as a PR intern. She organized every company event by herself and made sure everything ran smoothly in our PR department. We will definitely miss her smile and checkered socks!
