We want to make sure that everyone feels terrific being part of our team. In order to provide this, we offer a pleasant and relaxed work atmosphere, along with firm events, which take place outside of the office. Not only do our employees get to know each other better, but they also make new experiences! This is very important to us; we want our employees to have fun while doing work!
- On Thursday 5mm threw a BBQ at Monbijou Park in order for its new employees to get to know everyone. There we grilled out and raced each other through the streets of Berlin with road-suited Go Karts. Great BBQ, 5 Go Karts and 20 loosened up IT-nerds and unprofessional race car drivers, what more could you ask for!

- The team event competed in a Beer a thon around the Schlachtensee!
Because
so many people from 5mm competed, we had to be broken into teams of three. Our
goal was to carry a carton of 18 beers around the lake while drinking all of
them.
Along the way each team had to compete in 3 different activities in order to finish the race. The first activity consisted of climbing a tree in order to get a balloon (which sounds a lot easier than it really is!). Secondly each team had to compete in a three legged race and finally a very hard crossword puzzle awaited every team before they crossed the finish line.

- Our next adrenaline filled event was PAINTBALL
After five hours of crawling on the ground, and the consumption of approximately 18000 paintballs, we went home quite exhausted, but content with tons of new memories.
Once again thanks to everyone invovled who made it such a great event!
- Exactly one month before Christmas we celebrated Christmas! On Novermber 22nd we flew to Lisbon. It was tons on fun, which you can see from our pictures.

- A visit from Germany’s
Youth Press - eleven young journalists stormed the 5mm offices with numerous
questions, opened notepads and a general curiosity about our office and
business.
In an hour
long discussion Christian Laase and Alexander Holst answered in length all the
questions raised and talked in depth about the theme of work 2.0.
We look
forward to more inquisitive young visitors in the future and we would like to
say thank you for your interest!
